About this course

As a Research Analyst at a leading packaged goods company, I need to be able to analyze my audience to find leads for potential revenue targeting.

These leads fall into three main categories:

  1. Direct Leads, or people mentioning my products specifically
  2. Competitor Steal, where I can see the opportunity to poach from my competitors with a better product or deal, and
  3. Life events, where I notice personal changes that might indicate a need for a new product, such as having a new baby.
