About this course

As a Research Analyst at a leading consumer packaged goods company, I need to be aware of potential crises before they strike. These can include risks posed by employees or executives, as well as brand ambassadors and partners and vendors. Other risks come from new or changed corporate policies, and those from dynamic political scenarios.

My Sprinklr Administrator has set me up with crises-based listening topics, but I need to be able to quickly apply my own custom collections of keyword-based filters to perform research on those search results. 

Additionally, I do not have the bandwidth to sit and watch a queue fill up with messages–I need to receive instant, AI powered alerts to anomalies, like rise in negative sentiment, which I can drill into for more insights.
