AI - FAQ Bots, Testing, and Deployment

In this course, we will learn when we should use an FAQ bot and how to create one. We will also learn how to test our intents to improve the accuracy of our bots. Finally, we will learn how to join all of our dialogue tree and FAQ bots together and prioritise them, to create one comprehensive Conversational AI application.

AI - Advanced Configuration in Dialogue Trees

This course will get into the finer details of building a Conversational AI application. 
We will be learning how to handle exceptions such as User Time Out and Invalid User Reply. We will be deep-diving into dialogue tree configuration, looking at concepts such as skipping nodes, adding delays to bot responses, and connecting to an API. 
We will also learn how to rout to another bot or an agent, how to configure a decision box, as well as how to manipulate custom fields.

AI - The Basics of Dialogue Trees

In this course, we will be looking at the different types of bots we can create, as well as learning the basics of how to build our Dialogue Trees. Additionally, we will be learning to develop bot replies as well as capturing the user intent within a user reply.

AI - Creating Intents, Entities, and Slots

In this course, we will be looking at building the foundations of our Conversational AI Applications. We will create our Intents, Entities and Slots so that they are ready to be used in our Dialogue Trees and FAQ Bots.

AI - Discovery and Clustering in Conversational AI

In this course, we will learn some terminology that will be used throughout the whole Conversational AI pathway and within the Conversational AI application. We will touch on some of the theory behind how Conversational AI works. Next, we will learn to create a Discovery Run that will automatically analyse our data to create intents, entities and FAQs.
